We founded this organization to provide one thing and one thing only. Hope. We have heard the troubles and tribulations that immigrants often go through. Maybe you yourself are first generation in a new country, and are in the dark about your families story, and may not even know much about your extended family far away.
We’re here to help. At Dream we collect accounts from individuals just like you. They know your troubles, and the stories they share try and give insight in the process of learning one’s story and reconnecting with their distant heritage. This is where immigrants can feel comfort in fostering relationships with their culture to be able to continue celebrating them wherever they are now.

I am a first generation American with my family moving from Vietnam during the war. I knew a bit about my story but have never talked or visit with my extended family which is still there. By reading through these stories of hope I understood and related to other’s difficulties of being a part of an immigrant family. I also found ways to be able to reconnect with my family and be able to proudly share our heritage with everyone I know here in the United States.
